Just like the next generation of E-Ink Kindle’s, Phosphor has refreshed their latest E-Ink watches. There are two new watches (Digital Hour Clock Watch and Digital Calendar Watch). You can choose from steel, leather and Polyurethane bands. The one I review here will be the Digital Calendar Watch with Polyurethane Band.
Starting with the box this watch exudes a premium quality. The watch has a slight heft to it to give a high price quality to it. The watch is rectangular with a curve front. This makes the watch fit snug with your wrist. The watch is oversize which is all the rage these days. The Polyurethane Band is thick and durable so it will be built to last. The battery is user replaceable. The good thing about this watch is even out of warranty you can get the watch fixed through snail mail for a small fee.
As you can see the calendar watch shows the time as well as a full calendar. Making it a very unique watch. E-Ink looks just like reading paper so doesn't hurt the eyes and is very readable. You can also change the default background to either black or white.
